- If notification of cancellation or amendment is received 14 days or more prior to check-in-date, Bank fee of 7% will be levied on the refuned amount.

- If notification of cancellation or amendment is received between 8-13 days prior to check-in-date : 15% of total payment will be charged.

- If notification of cancellation or amendment is received between 4-7 days prior to check-in-date : 30% of total payment will be charged.

If notification of cancellation or amendment is received less than 3 days prior to check-in-date and no-show : NOREFUND.
